In Japan, onigiri is what you pack for a hike, a long train ride, a kid's lunch. Something you hold in your hand and eat without ceremony. That idea doesn't exist in Austin — not really. We started ATX Musubi to change that.

Every ball is pressed fresh with Japanese short-grain rice, real nori, and fillings that earn their place inside. No mystery. No shortcuts. Just rice, heat, and intention.

Japanese short-grain. Rinsed three times. Cooked right. If the rice is wrong, nothing else matters.
